The Assistive Technology Lab (ATL), located in the Library room 328, helps students with disabilities.
The room features adaptive technology including computers with the following software and features:
- Speech -- using Jaws
- Screen Magnification -- using Zoomtext
- High quality scanner with OCR Software for textbook reading -- using the Kurzweil 1000
- Voice Recognition -- using IBM Via Voice Executive
- Nineteen inch monitor
- High Speed Internet Access
- Ability to print to laser printer
- Two Closed-Circuit Magnification Systems
- One Four Track Recorder/Player
