Book Retrieval Form

UTEP Express Retrieval provides UTEP Faculty a convenient way to obtain library owned materials. Books will be pulled from the stacks and held for 5 days at the Circulation for pickup. Journals will be retrieved from the stacks and articles photocopied and held at Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery for pickup. Books will be retrieved at no cost, and articles will be photocopied at 15 cents per page. Journals will not be pulled or held.

Please allow us at least 24 hours to fill your request. Please limit your requests to 5 per week. You can cancel requests within an hour after you submit them; otherwise you will be obligated to pay for any and all copying done. You will be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail when your materials are ready for pickup. Books are to be picked up at Circulation and articles are to be picked up at the Interlibrary Loan Department (ILL).
