Use of the CLC
- PRINTING: Students may purchase print credits with a credit card at the MyUTEP portal (https://my.utep.edu/). Students who would like to buy credits with cash may still do so at Cashiers or the Library's Circulation Desk.
- Students who need to be reimbursed for faulty printed jobs due to a print device malfunction (paper jam, low toner, etc…) may go to http://academics.utep.edu/Default.aspx?tabid=43121 and submit an appeal request.
- Students who used cash and did not redeem their purchased print credits at the time it was purchased, may take their receipt to either the Student Resource Center at the new Academics building or the CLC lab at the Library.
- Games and third party software are not allowed in the CLC. If special software is needed for a project contact Roland Padilla, 747-6740.
- Instant messaging, chatting, IRC and similar programs are not allowed between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm.
- Cell phones must be silenced in the CLC and in the Library as a whole.
The CLC follows the UT System Software Guidelines. To provide a safer working environment five surveillance cameras are on duty 24 hours a day.
